How much is shipping?
Orders over $100 ship free. Orders below $100 ship for a flat rate of $8. All orders will ship via UPS or USPS. Unfortunately, orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box at this time.
How soon will I receive my order?
Non-custom notecards: Ship in 1-3 business days
Custom notecards: Ship in 1-2 weeks
Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 business days on top of the times listed above. Expedited shipping is not currently available; however, if you’re in a rush, please email info@theberkshirepress.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Please note that all orders containing both personalized stationery and non-custom items will ship in one package when the personalized stationery is ready.
Is it possible to order a higher quantity of something?
Yes! Please contact us at info@theberkshirepress.com.
What type of paper are the note cards printed on?
The Berkshire Press products are printed on two weights: “extra thick card stock” and “thick card stock.” You can read about the difference between the two here. At this time, all non-custom orders are printed on the lighter weight stock and custom orders can be printed on either weight.
Will I get to see my custom stationery order before it goes to print?
After placing your custom order, you’ll receive a digital proof via email in 1-3 business days. This will be sent to the email that was used to place the order. Please respond to the proof with your approval within 48 hours of receipt. After two attempts to contact you with no response, your order will be printed exactly as it was purchased.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all orders are final. If something isn’t quite right, please email info@theberkshirepress.com with your order number and concern so we can look into it!
Is international shipping available?
International shipping is not available at this time; we currently only ship within the United States.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All notecards come beautifully packaged and ready to gift. Prices do not appear on packing slips. If you’re sending your order as a gift and would like us to include a handwritten note to the recipient on your behalf, please leave the message in the “notes’ section at checkout and we’ll include it in your package.

Do you offer custom design services?
The Berkshire Press takes on a limited number of custom stationery projects (such as wedding invitation suites, party invitations, etc.) and would love to discuss what you have in mind!
